Soup-Tenders
Jon the “alchemist”, spent over 20 years mastering every role in the industry: bar, service, leadership. He became known for his creativity, his palate, and his ability to create an experience out of a single drink and transcend your taste buds with just one sip.
Mike the “vibe curator”, worked a decade in front-of-house roles creating unforgettable guest experiences, before moving into the corporate world of training and development. The pandemic taught him that life is short, so he returned to his true passion: people and hospitality.
