Jonathan has been in hospitality practically his whole life. From back-of-house kitchens in Montreal to fast-paced summers on the Jersey Shore, he learned the craft from the ground up… literally!

Jonathan has worn many hats: waiter, bartender, manager, consultant, but most importantly he is the guy with the palate everyone trusts.
​
From bartender to soup tender, he brings his deep love of flavors, systems, and soulful cooking to the heart of the menu. Crafting soups that feel warm, comforting, and unmistakably homemade right here at La Louche​ If it tastes just right, chances are Jonathan had something to do with it.

MICHAEL
Michael fell in love with hospitality back in his student days, working every front-of-house role possible and discovering the magic of making people feel genuinely welcomed. Even after building a strong career in corporate training, nothing matched the joy he felt serving guests, creating cozy vibes, and making people laugh.

Not only did COVID help him gain and strengthen his skills cooking skills, it pushed him back into the industry and reminded him where he truly belonged.
​
Now he’s here building the brand but also bringing realness, warmth, and his signature touch to La Louche.​
